These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website circuitwall.net (the “Site”) and any consulting services provided by Andrew Wu through CircuitWall Consultancy (the “Services”). By accessing the Site or engaging the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.
1. About us
CircuitWall Consultancy is an independent consultancy operated by Andrew Wu, based in Stockholm, Sweden. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean CircuitWall Consultancy.
2. Use of the Site
You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial informational purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems;

4. Consulting services
Any consulting, advisory, or implementation engagement is provided under a separate written agreement (statement of work, contract, or order form) signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and that separate agreement, the separate agreement controls for the engagement in question.
Information on the Site (including service descriptions, blog posts, and pricing pages) is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or guarantee of results.
5. No professional advice
Content published on the Site — including blog posts, code samples, and architectural recommendations — is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice. You should not act on any information on the Site without seeking advice tailored to your specific circumstances from a qualified professional.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (for example, GitHub, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and external articles). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Code samples and configuration examples are provided for illustration and are not warranted to be production-ready or fit for any particular use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircuitWall Consultancy and Andrew Wu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to one hundred euros (EUR 100). Liability for consulting Services is governed by the separate written agreement covering that engagement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CircuitWall Consultancy and Andrew Wu from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which explains how we collect and handle information.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Stockholm, Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
13. Miscellaneous
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement for the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
